Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, performance marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster creativity, collaboration, and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML5, and other relevant software tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
