Administrative Support Clerk

Bettaway’s administrative division is seeking an Administrative Support role to open mail, scan, check invoices, in addition to other miscellaneous adhoc administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
· Receive invoices from vendors via inbound mail from USPS. Open mail, organize, barcode and scan paperwork into document imaging system.
· Process EDI, emailed or uploaded invoices into document image system. Code document type, check for valid proof of deliveries, and process to the proper folders.
· Check invoiced batches to verify entered data matches scanned documents
· Scan payments and deposits from Accounting Department
· Review invoices that were kicked out for incorrect or missing paperwork. Contact vendors to get corrected or missing paperwork.
· Assist clearing up open orders by contacting vendors for invoices and back up
· Handle paperwork requests from Customers
· Other duties as assigned
· Data entry, entering vouchers for misc. invoices into accounting system.
