Business Relations Representative

The Better Business Bureau is expanding and has immediate openings for four qualified Business Relations Representatives.

This is an inside phone sales position, dealing with business owners in regard to BBB accreditation. If you have the experience & are looking for a career, a place to stay till you're ready to retire, a place with great pay, great benefits, great culture & great people.... you just found it.

Responsibilities:

• Connect the leads provided to educate the customers on the Better Business Bureau application process.
• Meet and exceed monthly outbound call requirements and applications
• Utilize all tools provided and follow a scripted presentation

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with clients and "hunter" mentality.

• Reliable and strong work ethic.

• Able to present sales materials professionally both over the phone and in person

• Active listener with an ability to identify and respond to a prospect’s needs or concerns

• Able to draft professional business correspondence with attention to proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation

• Able to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• Capable of taking constructive criticism and modifying behavior

• Excellent time management skills

• Knowledge of Internet resource tools

• Intermediate knowledge of Google Apps for Business

• One to two years of successful sales experience is also a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
