Job Description Evening/Weekend Floater
This dynamic position is perfect for a positive minded person who enjoys variety on a daily basis. Our Commercial Cleaning Floater cleans buildings when employees are on vacation, out due to illnesses, or if we have a new building startup and havent yet hired the permanent cleaner. This role is responsible for ensuring that all our contracted buildings are cleaned to the Better Business Cleaning standard.
This role requires commercial cleaning experience, familiarity with setting and deactivating alarms, a willingness to be in an unfamiliar building alone in the evenings.
The hours vary depending on your willingness to travel- heading into the summer months we will have lots of buildings for you to clean for others on vacation! We regularly need floaters for buildings across the front range.
Pay is $17/hour
Required
Must be highly dependable with a strong customer service orientation.
Must be a quick learner with a strong work ethic.
Must be quality oriented.
Must have reliable transportation.
· Must have a drivers license.
· Must be comfortable working and driving at night.
· Must be able to legally work in the US / Pass e-Verify.
· Must be able to pass a Federal background check.
· Must be able to pass a drug test.
· Must be able to speak and understand English.
· Must own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably.
· Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs without risk of injury.
Experience, Knowledge, and Education
· Commercial cleaning experience a plus
· Customer first attitude, any customer experience roles are a bonus!
· High School / GED
