This role is open for on-site, hybrid or remote work but candidates MUST reside in the state of California. This role is non-exempt hourly, and pays a range of $20.00-$25.00 depending on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Develop persuasive and compelling written content across various platforms.
• Tailor content to align with the company’s marketing and communication objectives.
• Craft content for blogs, websites, ad copy, video scripts, and newsletters.
• Write scripts for videos, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
• Analyze trends, conduct research, and provide insights to guide strategic directions.
• Manage multiple projects within deadlines while maintaining consistent and high-quality outcomes.
• Research, interview, and gather information to create compelling content pieces.
• Collaborate with Creative Leadership and stakeholders to plan and map out creative strategy

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework a plus.
• 3-5 years of financial industry experience, debt settlement experience is a plus!
• Demonstrated ability in Creative Copywriting.
• Ability to conduct thorough, credible research and organize findings.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Superb writing, research, editing, and proofreading skills under deadline.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Google Suite, SEMRush and WordPress.
