Better Life Partners (BLP) is seeking a people-loving operator, who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments, to serve as a Chief of Staff to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, you will serve as a force-multiplier for our Executive Team, managing priorities, strategy, special projects, internal communications and supporting staff operations. Working with the CEO and COO, you will help translate the vision and mission of BLP and ensure that strategy and operations are aligned with executed initiatives that provide the highest impact. You will have a broad view of the company, be integral to the company’s rapid growth path and be expected to flex your entrepreneurial muscle making an immediate impact on the lives of the BLP team and our members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as an extension, advisor and liaison to the CEO and COO, helping execute the company’s strategy and highest priorities while anticipating and averting problems
- Conduct analyses in support of key business decisions providing strategic and tactical advice on a range of issues
- Support follow-through and tracking of strategic leadership decisions
- Implement and support processes to drive creation, tracking, and iteration on company objectives and key results ensuring alignment across cross-functional business units and alignment with desired strategic outcomes
- Drive effective decision making and communication across all business units
- Lead internal communications including structures and support for internal staff operations not limited to supporting company wide meeting forums, senior leadership meetings and board meetings
- Prepare and facilitate agendas, presentations, minutes and communications for CEO and COO as needed
- Proactively identify, prioritize and, where necessary, own process improvement initiatives
- Lead Special Projects as assigned by CEO or COO

It would be nice if you also:
- Have a Master's/professional degree in business or health such as MBA or MPH
- Have intensive training in core business or finance skills such as 4 years of management consulting, 4 years building and leading business operations, etc.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in healthcare services especially working with folks in the public sector (Medicaid, Medicare, uninsured)
- Have formal project or program management experience
- Have experience in a high growth technology company
- Have at least 2 years experience driving change in an unstructured environment
- Live in the Northeast (NJ, NY, New England preferred)
