We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to help shape and execute our vision: empowering our clinical teams with software products that help them provide comprehensive services in ways that truly work best for our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our integrated product team, liaising with the Executive team, and managing the full lifecycle of product development—from inception and prioritization, through design, specification, and development, and finally to launch, follow-up, and iteration.
As an ideal candidate, you will be the most knowledgeable person in the room when it comes to any of our product offerings. You will be the expert on the products we build, with the ability to spot potential pitfalls and opportunities at the earliest design stages. You will care deeply about the quality of the products we ship, monitor their impact on operations and embrace accountability.
This is a hybrid position with working on-site 2 - 3 days/week in our New York City or Boston workspace.
This is a full-time, exempt position. The starting range for this position is $130,000-180,000, annually.
