As our Distribution Manager - Hybrid Role, you will lead the development and optimization of yield management partnerships to boost revenue and operational performance. You’ll also ensure that our vacation rental properties are effectively marketed across various online travel agencies (OTAs), direct booking channels, and other distribution platforms.

Responsibilities
- Optimize Distribution: Develop and implement strategies for OTAs, direct channels, and partnerships to increase bookings and revenue.
- Analyze & Improve Performance: Monitor distribution performance, using data insights to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Maintain Listings: Ensure all property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility across all platforms.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing and revenue management to align pricing and promotional strategies.
- Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key distribution channels to enhance visibility and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Integrate Technology: Lead initiatives incorporating new platforms and technologies that streamline and enhance distribution.
- Training & Reporting: Provide distribution training to staff and report performance insights to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the vacation rental, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels, OTAs, and direct booking strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in property management systems, channel managers, and booking engines.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results and optimizing performance.
