Who We’re Looking For

As we continue to chart our path forward, we’re seeking a part-time Vacation Rental Operations Manager to help our Visionary propel the Rewonder brand into the future.

You are the ideal candidate if you excel at transforming visionary ideas into practical, actionable plans our team can grab hold of and run with. Your daily responsibilities will include leading our virtual team with charisma and aligning all our efforts with Rewonder's mission to wow our

guests. Your role will be crucial in refining our operations, excelling in implementation and execution, and managing everyday administrative tasks such as managing our HERO. You'll also be pivotal in resolving guest issues and crafting experiences that surpass expectations.

As Rewonder grows, you will be part of recruiting, training, and building a growing team that shares our values and vision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and check in with the virtual team (VAs and otherwise) to ensure they are fulfilling their job, as well as complete the scorecard and performance reviews for team members
• Facilitate recruitment and training of team members to meet job requirements.
• Guarantee timely guest responses and resolution of any issues.
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance to uphold property standards.
• Streamline operations through the implementation and refinement of systems and processes.
• Develop and implement comprehensive checklists for operational excellence.
• Empower and maintain high standards among operations staff to align with Rewonder's vision of delivering WOW!
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management, including managing HERO contractors effectively and delegating tasks.
• A love for real estate and hospitality, viewing the role as your opportunity for project-based innovation and exploration.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in quickly learning and adapting to new software and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, providing mentorship, support, and tools for success.
• Committed to delivering world-class hospitality experiences.
• Possess a blend of creativity and practicality in problem-solving abilities.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Wage: $20 - $30 per hour based on experience and achievement

Bonus: For those who love to go the extra mile, there’s potential to earn uncapped commissions for onboarding new properties

Schedule: Regular work hours with the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed. Approximately 20 hours per week

NOTE** Preference is given to folks within a few hours drive of Lancaster County PA

Salary : $20 - $30
