What will you do?
- Review all content prior to launch and implement revisions (in regards to grammar, spelling, readability, style, and factual accuracy) and collaborate with writers and internal stakeholders to effectively communicate feedback
- Ensure the consistency of our brand voice across all new and existing content - Provide partners with industry insights, standards, and best practices to drive actionable improvements to our content
- Collaborate with marketing, writers, researchers, and clinical operations to establish high-quality content and consistency across a variety of marketing assets
- Guide writers in the development of valuable materials to elevate both our content and brand reputation as thought leaders in the mental healthcare space
- Manage a high volume of priorities effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- You will NOT worry about funding. We have startup DNA, but we're fully backed and funded by our parent company, Teladoc Health.

Yes. We operate in Pacific Time and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We also ask our employees to travel to our Mountain View, CA office up to six times per year to collaborate in person in order to build better working relationships and experience our in-office culture. Travel expenses will be covered and reasonable accommodations will be made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
● 2-3 years of editorial experience in a professional or educational setting ● Passion for researching and editing content about mental health topics
● Ability to edit or rewrite existing content according to guidelines and standard writing conventions
● Superb time management and organizational skills
● Intuition for improving the user experience
● Passion for creating content that clearly speaks to the target audience
● Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing teams, Clinical Operations, external partners, and more
● Proven track record of setting and accomplishing goals
● Curiosity to proactively seek, identify, and evaluate new innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
● Tech savvy and quick to learn new software
● Ability to craft an empathetic, informative, and unbiased tone
● Ability to edit a high volume of articles

The base salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2022. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and cerfications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
