Betty K Agencies (USA) LLC is seeking a front desk receptionist to join our team, who is energetic, polite, and enjoys providing great customer service to our guest. The front desk receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers. Also, carries out duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and reviews paperwork.
Primary Duties, Requirements, and Responsibilities:
- Keep front desk clean and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints with courtesy and professionalism
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them, keeps messages
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Keep updated records and files
- Scans and photocopies documents to support traffic as directed
Skills
- Take on other duties as assigned (Schedule appointments, print invoices, contact customers etc.)
- Familiar with office machines (fax, printer, PC, and phone)
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving
- Multitasking and prioritizing
- Reviews paperwork and documents (ensure consignee, shipper, dock receipt, and B/L are correct)
Physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must have a firm understanding of the warehouse layout and safely navigate through it.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
