The Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive case management and recovery focused services to clients in a residential setting. Carries a caseload of up to six clients, participates in treatment planning/reviews and implementation, and maintains timely, complete, and legible clinical documentation. Responsible for contributing insightful, practical, and meaningful information to the treatment planning process through running groups and individual assessments. Receives clinical supervision from Clinical Director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or the equivalent of 3 years of previous chemical dependency treatment experience in addiction field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience working within a behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance abuse services environment.
- Current counselor licensure, certification or registration through CCAPP, CADTP or CAADE
- Demonstrated competence in individual, family, didactic and group therapy modalities.
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid training

- Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with regulatory and agency requirements.
- Participates in supervision and/or staffing with the clinical coordinator.
- Effectively uses a computer-based system for data entry, planning, and documenting care and treatment.
