DISPENSARY BUDTENDER – Full-Time

$17.00 an hour

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Professional, compassionate customer service representative to greet, serve, consult, and provide up-to-date cannabis information to patients, caregivers, and customers. Responsible for intake, fulfilling orders, and issuing pre-packaged product purchases. Knowledgeable understanding of product selection, consumption, and side effects. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling and managing patient or customer information. Ensure legal compliance and adherence to BeWell's dispensary SOP's. Accurately and proficiently execute sales transactions via multiple computer applications, balance, and reconcile sales transactions at the end of the shift. Share the responsibility of maintaining a pleasant, clean, and safe work environment.

Job Qualifications:

•

Must be at least 21 years of age

•

Have a valid State-issued ID or Driver's License

•

Provide necessary documentation for employment in the United States

•

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Additional Qualifications:

•

Friendly and outgoing with excellent customer service and a positive attitude at all times

•

Previous experience in the marijuana/cannabis industry is preferred but not required

•

Knowledge of Dutchie, Leaflogix, POS, and METRC applications preferred

•

Must be available mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays

•

Excellent communication and computer skills

•

Team player with a can-do attitude

•

Self-starter and ability to follow directions

•

Perform all other duties and responsibilities as required

Job Physical Requirements:

•

Ability to climb, squat, bend, twist, sit, stand, or walk for long periods

•

Able to periodically bend, reach, and squat

•

Able to physically lift at least 30 lbs. Job Benefits:
