Beyond A Resume seeks a Production Associate with Machine Operator/Repair experience for our biotech client in Millville, NJ.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitizing PC production equipment and machines.
- Batch, weigh and verify raw materials used for producing PC.
- Operate kettles and equipment to process raw materials into finished product.
- Upward communicate any mechanical issues with machinery and/or kettles or related parts.
- Monitor and maintain all specifications of PC production process.
- Collect samples of finished product for QC testing.
- Perform CPS consistency tests of finished PC product.
- Document procedures daily in process book.
- Fill out associated paperwork and batch records daily.
- Ensure conformance to product specifications, cGMP’s and safety regulations.
- Assist in warehouse and production duties.
Job Qualifications:
- A keen eye for detail.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Punctual
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
- Must be able to lift approximately 60 pounds over head.
- Production experience in food related industry required.
- cGMP and safety regulations exp preferred.
- Forklift Certification a plus
- High school degree or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
