The Opportunity
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and various administrative tasks. This position requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
This position is hybrid but requires a regular presence at our New York City office when the CEO and Executive staff are present.
What You Can Expect to Do:
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure that the CEO’s time is used effectively and that all commitments are met.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle all communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence, with professionalism and tact.
- Administrative Support: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate dinners, travel, meetings and handle executive event management, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements and events.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Support to Other Executives: Provide occasional administrative support to other C-level executives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle a variety of ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO and People Team, often requiring quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
What we Hope You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack, and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external parties.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Beyond Identity, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For Applicants in New York, NY, the salary range is $85,000 - $100,000 per year equity benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states.
