What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Support Manager position at BeyondMD?
As our Clinical and Patient Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the
efficiency and effectiveness of our clinical operations and patient outreach efforts.
You will also oversee a small team of care coordinators and patient outreach assistants. You
will ensure proper call volume and quality, rarely (but when necessary) performing these calls
yourself.
You will help support our pharmacists, ensuring the quality of their work and balancing their
caseload, and answering any questions they may have.
For both aspects of the job you will identify where processes can be improved, proactively
communicating with the Clinical Director and other executives for plans of improvement.
Responsibilities:
● Ensure pharmacist caseload is balanced and manageable to optimize patient care
● Ensure call volume and qualify for patient outreach
● Support of clinical personnel
● Management of patient outreach team & care coordinator team
● Identifying where improvements can be made in current systems
● Building new systems and new system logic
● Proactively communicate with executives and Clinical Director

Qualifications/skills:
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Self-motivated: Strong ability to work independently and take initiative
● Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills
● Team Environment: Interest in working within a small team or startup environment.
