What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable position at BF Fastener Supply?
Full-time position, Monday- Friday 8:00-5:00 – 1 hour lunch
B&F Fastener Supply is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling a variety of different tasks in our accounting department. In this role, you’ll be called upon to work with vendors and customers in a professional manner while keeping and improving vendor and customer relations. In addition, you will also be expected to enter invoices for payment, contact vendors and customers regarding invoices, data entry of invoices/documents, manage files, update documents, answer phones, periodically perform front desk duties, and perform other general office duties. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued. Microsoft Office Skills are a requirement.
Duties may include but are not limited to.
-Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable items
-Outbound contact to vendors and customers regarding invoice and payment statuses
-Front desk duties
-General Data Entry
