What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Technician position at BGIN Infrastructure?
Job Function:
•Install and maintain site equipment, including switches, routers, cameras, and WAPs.
•Maintaining and monitoring site uptime is a must.
•Troubleshoot cabling errors or equipment malfunctions.
•Ability to terminate copper and fiber cabling.
•Work alongside the maintenance team to identify and repair onsite issues.
•Knowledge of Windows OS and ability to troubleshoot endpoint computers.
•Collaborate with senior engineer to implement design changes and improvements to existing equipment.
•Flexibility to work independently and collaborate with onsite personnel.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience with troubleshooting and repairing cable or fiber-based systems is preferred
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
•Prior networking experience is recommended but not required.
Working Conditions:
•Environment will be indoors/outdoors
•Ability to lift 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
