BGIS is currently seeking a Static Operations & Maintenance Technician to join the team in Mount Laurel, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct property maintenance and inspections.
- Perform general light maintenance.
- Provide direction to on-site vendors.
- Completes minor electrical/plumbing repairs.
- Provides move support, conference room set-up.
- Other responsibilities based on the Purchaser’s requirements and the skillset level of the static technician.
- other duties as necessary.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES
- Computer skills.
- Ability to adhere and to properly execute processes and practices relating to facility operations.
- Strong client-service orientation along with a high sense of urgency.
- Effective communication skills for the purpose of data relay, exchange, feedback, and clarification.
- High school diploma preferred.
