Sales Consultant for Plastic Surgery Center

BGMG Cosmetics is looking for top experienced Patient Sales Coordinators to help manage our entire sales process, build our surgical schedule, and maintain a superior patient experience in our clinic.

While this is a SALES and RELATIONSHIP BUILDING position, our expectation is that the right person would be able to see beyond their position and jump in to assist in other tasks. There is a tremendous amount that happens on the phone and we need someone with highly developed inter-personal skills and the ability to relate well to all personalities.

Our ultimate goal is to increase our cosmetic surgery revenue and continue to build a strong patient base. The Patient Coordinator is an instrumental part of our team and would be involved in creating operational efficiencies, systems management and extensive reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DUTIES:

• 1-2 years of work experience in related field (medical practice, sales, customer service, hospitality, Med Spa, Spa, Cosmetic Surgery)
• Experience in cosmetic / plastic surgery, dermatology, medical spa, spa
• Fluent in SPANISH
• Strong computer skills REQUIRED (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs)
• Handle patient inquiry from first phone call (or email) through sales process
• Establish strong sales system and complete timely patient follow-up tasks
• Create a fee quote, present fees to patient and take payments
• Answer phones (professional phone etiquette), take detailed messages, and redirect calls appropriately.
• Sales experience and ability to build relationships with diverse personalities
• Highly developed communication skills – verbal and written
• Great attention to detail, excellent organizational / time management skills
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Ability to work independently
• A "can-do" attitude, flexibility and strong initiative
• Reliable transportation, punctual, and accountable.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience PLUS commission pay
