The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving loyalty with BGR customers through accurate order processing, proactive problem-solving and friendly service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relations by delivering great customer service as a member of a team fielding customer requests
- Communicate directly with customers via email and phone to understand their customized needs and concerns
- Maintain a positive attitude while navigating change
- Use Sage X3 ERP system to place, monitor and track customer orders
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Continuously expand knowledge base on our wide variety of packaging offerings
- Maintain accurate customer data and account annotation
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in a customer service role.
- Proficient computers skills with the ability to learn new software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
