Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing decision support through comprehensive financial modeling and will be responsible for managing the forecast process across a range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and Analysis: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for revenue and expenses. Analyze underlying drivers and variances to provide actionable insights.
- Partnership and Risk Management: Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships to identify and assess risks and opportunities related to financial institution partners.
- Financial Modeling: Update and maintain financial models to support prioritization and informed decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Accounting Collaboration: Partner with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements.
- Data Insights: Analyze large data sets to derive insights and present recommendations to leadership.
- Reporting: Prepare executive presentations and reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
