BHC Alhambra Hospital is located in the beautiful city of Rosemead, California. Our 115 bed facility established in 1924 prides itself on upholding a standard of excellence that allows our patients to take the first step to recovery. BHC Alhambra Hospital is a private, fully accredited, full-service acute psychiatric hospital serving children, adolescents and adults. BHC Alhambra is dedicated to providing quality behavioral health, substance abuse, and eating disorder treatment. We offer inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient options for individuals in the communities of the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County, and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an energetic team player to join our growing Human Resources Department!

Job Description: The Human Resources Clerk is responsible for providing support to the Director of Human Resources and The Human Resources Team, which includes maintaining all employees’ personnel, files medical files, assist with organizing employee events and other specials projects as needed.

This role requires you keep all matters regarding employee information verbal or otherwise with the highest level of confidentiality. To be able to work in a fast-paced environment, to work as team-player with a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

Education: High school degree or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) years experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office preferred.

Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested.
