IOP Program Assistance- Temp
BHcare is currently seeking an IOP Program Assistant responsible to Clinicians and IOP Clinician/Coordinator for providing behavioral support to children during group and generally responsible for administrative program support and case coordination to assigned group caseload.
Accountable and responsible for the following results:
- Weekly prepare and disseminate to IOP staff a list of clients due to see Psychiatrist.
- File collateral information in client’s chart.
- Maintain information regarding weekly group activities.
- Maintain adequate supplies for the program.
- Contact prior treatment providers to expedite releases of information.
- During program hours, assist children in complying with level system and program rules, and work with clinician to maintain safety and full participation of each group member.
- Case management, collateral contact and documentation for assigned group caseload.
- Provide individual help or attention to clients as requested during crisis.
- Attend weekly team supervision.
- Participate in team meetings.
- May be required to use own vehicle on company business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services related field required.
- One year of experience in a setting serving children and adolescents with mental, behavioral or special education needs in a paraprofessional position is preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of computer applications, and if applicable ability to navigate through electronic health record.
Salary : $20 - $28
