Compensation:
$50,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- We are currently only accepting applicants located in the state of Alaska
- Convert leads to buyer consultation appointments
- Hold open houses to generate leads
- Write and Negotiate offers for home buyers
- Prospect for new business by following up with leads in our system
- Attend sales training and meetings weekly
- Tech savvy
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Self-motivation and drive
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Be Coachable
