What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker position at BHI Energy?
BHI Energy is currently looking for a Janitorial Worker at the Allen Steam Station located in Belmont, NC. This is a full-time local hire position and does not pay travel, relocation or per diem. In this position you will be responsible for day-to-day cleaning and up keep of buildings and other assigned areas within the facility. Work performance and cleaning shall be to a level that meets established cleaning standards and expectations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in Pre-Job and Safety Briefings
- Follow established safe work practices
- Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding if necessary
- Capable of lifting a minimum of fifty pounds over head
- Must be able to pass drug test
- Must be able to pass security background
- Must have reliable transportation
