Position Summary
The LPN is responsible for the supervision of all nursing activities during each shift and supervising CNAs providing direct care to residents.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge or residents to and from Four Seasons.
- Responsible for administering medications and treatment, and maintaining proper charting for the unit, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
- Responsible for assisting in maintaining the Four Seasons and BHI’s facility and nursing care philosophies, through quality nursing.
- Responsible for maintaining high standard of resident care.
- Responsible for all mandated Four Season, Federal and State annual hours of in-service education. Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family and staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing
- Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required
- Current IN nursing license
- CPR certified
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
