Full Time Buyer - 917
A growing catering company is looking for a full-time buyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, negotiation, and commercial kitchen purchases.
The primary responsibility of this position is to source and purchase everything for their commercial kitchen. This includes working with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring that we get the best possible value for our money.
The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also be able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of what a Kosher commercial kitchen would need.
- Source and purchase supplies for our commercial kitchen
- Negotiate prices with vendors
- Ensure that we get the best possible value for our money
- Work with other team members to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked
- Meet deadlines and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen supplies and equipment
- Kosher kitchen experience
Salary: $70k-$100k/Year
