Job Description: FT 12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm A registered professional nurse who is responsible for continuity of care on a designated shift by coordinating the activities and services of nursing and the other departments in an effective and economical manner. Functions as the delegate of Administration in the absence of the President or his designee. JOB DUTIES - Responsible and accountable for providing leadership, communication, decision-making, planning, organizing, directing, evaluating implementing, and negotiating during scheduled shift in order to assure quality patient care. QUALIFICATIONS Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required. Five (5) years of clinical experience and successful performances as a staff nurse are also mandatory. BSN preferred.
