Division Manager is direct supervisor of all divisional employees including assistant manager, commercial and non-commercial drivers, and non-driving laborers. Division Manager will oversee all aspects of operations for the division, including service routes, transfers, customer service, equipment maintenance, payroll and HR, regulatory compliance, and safety.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (subject to change):
- Review and adjust B&F, Grease Routes, trap routes and transfers for the week.
- Brief drivers of any changes prior to departing and after their routes.
- Schedule and coordinate Truck Services (both preventative and emergency).
- Complete paperwork and administrative duties in accordance with Company procedures.
- Review driver logs and paperwork, ensure compliance and follow-up on safety or other issues.
- Field calls from customers and drivers as needed, including during non-normal business hours.
- Visit customers in person.
- Hold periodic driver meetings and attend periodic Divisional Manager meetings.
- Ensure facility, grounds and fleet are maintained, clean, in working order and compliant.
- Conduct inventory of assets (fleet, fuel and other) and work to minimize costs and overhead.

- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 100 pounds.
- Standing & walking for extended periods of time.
- Communicating verbally and in writing, both electronically and in person.

Job Requirements:
- Education – High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years post-secondary preferred.
- Licenses – Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
- Experience – Lead or multi-team member Supervisory; 1-year multi-team member management preferred. Experience with and knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements.
