3rd Shift Supervisor, INTERNAL ONLY OPPORTUNITY
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 3rd shift
Hours and days may vary depending upon workload and shift assignment.
Overview:
Assists the Shift Operation Manager in directing the activities of the Equipment Operators and Hostlers for the assigned work shift. Shares responsibility for ensuring that all work is performed safely and in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
Include, but not limited to:
- Ability to interact professionally with others.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing using the English language.
- Ability to exercise good judgment when making decisions.
- Able to perform basic and intermediate math functions.
- Possess cognitive skills including the ability to analyze, reason, and make decisions.
- Able to learn and retain new skills.
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to produce results while handling multiple tasks under pressure.
Experience:
Prior experience directing the work activity within a distribution center is a plus.
