Home Healthcare Aid

BIA Home Care Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated home healthcare aids to join our team. We provide in-home care services to individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living, elderly care, and post-surgery recovery. As a home healthcare aid, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and support with daily tasks
• Administer medication reminders and monitor overall health and wellbeing
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to clients' dietary restrictions
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all care provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and compassionate nature
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
