Leading bicycle products distributor Bicycle Technologies International (BTI) is looking for a full-time, entry level, Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist:

Tasks

- Accurately pick/pack/ship outbound orders

- Assist with receiving inbound inventory

Requirements

- Must be able to lift large boxes, some in excess of 50lbs

- Must be self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude

- Must display professionalism and respect to fellow coworkers

- Must be fun-loving, ready to laugh and cut loose

Experience not necessary, however your performance will be based on:

-Level of engagement

-Level of accuracy

-Level of motivation

-Willingness to get the job done

-Ability to continuously improve

Bonus

$1000 hire/retention bonus. Available to fulltime year-round hires after completion of 60 calendar days($500 payable then) and an additional $500 payable after 120 calendar days with satisfactory work performance. Wage depends on experience!

Pay: $16.99 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
