Description
Moves materials between trailers and warehouse, to different warehouse locations, and as needed onto customers’ vehicles. Help to unload incoming trucks of merchandise and setting up/arranging merchandise for customer location and pick up. Assists customers with locating and removing auction items. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will also need to:
- Operate a fork lift.
- Utilize other material handling equipment to move material.
- Open bales, crates, boxes, and other containers.
- Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Assist customers with location of and check out of items.
- Help customers with removal/loading items as instructed.
- Record transactions in our system.

Requirements
- Current fork lift operator's certification or ability to obtain certification within one month.
- Good customer service skills.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs; occasionally lift or move objects that weigh up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to use pallet jack and hand truck/dolly.
- Ability to visually examine auction items and view information on printed receipts.
- Proficiency in English to accurately read and interpret descriptions of items.
- Regularly required to stand or walk for long periods, walk on concrete floors, and stoop, kneel, crouch, climb.
- Comfortable working in warehouse which is not climate controlled.
