Bienville Capital Group, an Investment Advisory Firm affiliated with Northwestern Mutual located in Metairie, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Lead Partner. This individual will apply their professional skills on a variety of tasks:
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
· Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
· Conduct research and prepare correspondence
· Manage expenses
· Email management, route and reply to information requests
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail
· Client research and client engagement
· Work on various projects
· Other executive administrative responsibilities as needed
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
· Highly organized with attention to detail
· Able to handle multiple tasks and expectations
· Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook Email
· Knowledge of investments/brokerage industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
