Fun and Challenging Responsibilities:
As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), individuals will be responsible for directing center-based ABA programs for children with autism while working collaboratively with a team of other experienced BCBAs. Responsibilities include overseeing a talented team, providing training to team members and families, conducting assessments, creating behavior support plans, and monitoring the progress of each child.
