WHAT YOU WILL DO: Consistently provide a first-class experience to our guests through exceptional interpersonal and sales skills. Educate guests on promotions and develop positive relationships in all standard forms of communication.

- Required to assist the guest in their bowling and arcade experience by ensuring proper communication of inoperable equipment; proactively ensuring areas are clear of potential safety hazards; assist the guest with proper equipment required of bowling such as shoes, balls, arcade games and child ramps.
- Greet guests professionally and positively, process guest bowling, arcade, event and other transactions.
- Promote and sell all Big Al’s promotions to all guests and participate in up-selling the guest experience.
- Properly handle cash and other financial and reward transactions.
- Support our guests in multiple areas of our entertainment center such as hosting and directing guests, running food to guest tables and ensuring food quality is to standard, cleaning and sanitizing tables, partner with technology to ensure proper delivery and pick up.
- Assist with opening and/or closing our center
- Required to follow all safety procedures and practices and follow PPE protections to ensure personal and guest safety from potential hazards.
- Required to help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment. Will remove garbage and recycle when needed, will participate in cleaning duties such as sweeping, wiping down equipment and furniture, mopping, replenishing sanitary items and more to include maintaining cleanliness of outdoor property.
- Other duties as assigned as it relates to the team environment.
- Reliable; consistently at work and on time.
- Preferred knowledge of Micros or other POS systems.
- Intermediate skills in MS office programs
- Must demonstrate a high comfort level with in-person interactions with guests and others
- First-class level of guest service skills
