Incumbent is responsible for sourcing and purchasing products for the company, locating the best product at the best price.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Locating product/equipment source, obtaining competitive pricing, check availability and delivery time.
- Maintain product/equipment inventory for maintenance department repair, store orders (light equipment) and production ingredients.
- Equipment ordering for company/franchise, gathering information on pricing, availability and payment terms. Provides specifications and information to franchisee, when requested.
- Ordering printed materials, new and reprints, working with inter-departments or vendors as needed.
- New store opening equipment and small wares, works with construction schedules and company demands.
- Generates Purchase Orders for various departments, some require pricing and approval.
