What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor- E. Sunset Rd. position at Big Brand Tire & Service?
Service Advisors are responsible for providing excellent customer service while adhering to Big Brand Tire sales strategy and core values and recommending products and services that meet or exceed the manufacturer’s recommendations and aligns with customer’s needs.
Requirements:
- Sales or Customer Service related background
- Knowledgeable in automotive services
- Valid Driver's license and DMV report with 2 points or less
- At least the age of 18
- Must be able to meet ADA requirements including standing for long periods of time and some lifting, up to 70 pounds.
- High school or equivalent
