Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Helper. As a Helper, you will assist in various tasks to support our operations and ensure smooth workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain ein a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties
- Help with organizing and arranging tools and supplies
- Support team members in completing tasks efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
