Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Dance Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dance and a commitment to providing high-quality instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching dance classes, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Duties:
- Teach dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels, including children and adults.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all students.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students as needed.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the dance program's curriculum.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned by the program director.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students, including experience teaching dance classes.
- A strong understanding of dance techniques and styles.
- The ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills.
- The ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Experience working with children and/or adults.
- A commitment to providing high-quality dance instruction and a passion for sharing the love of dance with others.
Pay:
We do an 80/20 split. As an independent contactor you will get 80% of all the registration fees paid to you. No fee for room rental. You set your days and hours. You also set the fee.
