The Comptroller manages the quality of accounting and financial reporting of Big Lakes to include employee payroll, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and general ledgers as well as completing reports. This position works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to maintain smooth daily operations of the finance department. This position is key in ensuring accuracy of invoices, payments, reports, and other financial documentation.

Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Experience with general accounting principles related to non-profit organizations
- Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Ability to handle regulatory reporting obligations
- Excellent financial report writing skills
- Competence in payroll processing and tax laws
- Proficient in account reconciliation techniques
