Big O Tires has immediate opportunity for our growing Fleet Sales and Service Department. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair, customer service, and parts inventory and procurement is a priority.
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vendor sourcing of automotive parts, maintaining and reviewing inventory levels and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vendor sourcing of automotive parts, maintaining and reviewing inventory levels and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

- Coordinate inventory levels to meet demand and avoid stockouts
- Source parts from aftermarket vendors, OEMs and other suppliers
- Manage warehouse inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Work closely with the Fleet Department to fulfill parts requests
- Assist in pricing parts for sale on a daily basis
- Handle Fleet customer inquiries regarding parts availability
- Oversee supplier management and maintain positive relationships
- Prior experience in Automotive Repair / Commercial Parts Sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and customer service skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Experience in sourcing parts and accessories and supplier management
