HELP WANTED: Sales and Installation Manager

Big Sky Power Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Installation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and installation of residential and commercial power systems in their territory, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Organize and oversee installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales and/or installation management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of generators, battery backup, solar systems is highly desirable.
  • MT Electricians License is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
