Position Overview

At Big Stone Therapies, you're part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun.  We are a growing company looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to add to our team at Lakewood Health System in Staples, MN.

This position will primarily work in a Home Health setting but will also provide some SNF/LTC coverage. This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE),

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, OT licensing in Minnesota.
