The IT Associate is responsible for assuring effective and consistent access to all forms of supporting technology for all staff, minimizing downtime.

About the Ideal Candidate:
Supports a strong customer service platform to serve the organization in every capacity by analyzing and resolving technology issues and needs for software and hardware support daily.
What the Role Entails:
- Maintains staff profiles and permissions in Active Directory.
- Utilizes an online ticketing system to document and ensure consistent resolution of issues.
- Administers provisional hardware resources including short-term client system loans, data projectors, digital cameras, cell phones, and video cameras.
- Leads problem resolution, optimal operation of, and consumables management for all printers, copiers, and postage systems.
- Deploys, rebuilds, and redeploys new and existing client computers and software to provide all staff with the optimal system for their needs.
- Deploys and administers malware and spam protection for staff and computers.
- Maintains and documents the entire hardware inventory.
- Contributes to IT User Training for the organization.
- Supports phone and email provisioning for staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting and deploying Windows Server and client operating systems in a business networking environment.
- Technical software skills and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Windows 10, MS Office 365, and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery software.
- Understanding of Windows Active Directory.
- Knowledge of computer network support.
