Fashion Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a self motivated candidate who is looking to work with a growing company, has an interest in fashion and who is experienced in retail and customer support for a luxury brand. Candidate must be familiar with operations of a fashion brand for commerce (retail a plus)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer service operations. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

In addition to online customer support, retail customer support operations are also needed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer correspondence via email, social media outlets, live chat and phone
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

-Help with in store sales and POS system

Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a luxury fashion e-commerce or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiar with Shopify or other POS systems a plus
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Experience in fashion retail management or as an assistant manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,293.57 - $45,000.00 per year
