We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Bilingual Spanish Teacher Aide/Paraprofessional for a rewarding position working 1:1 with a non-English speaking student. Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 assistance to a non-English speaking student, ensuring they receive the support needed to succeed academically.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans tailored to the student's needs.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that respects cultural diversity.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience in educational settings or working with students is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for education and helping students thrive.
Position Details:
- Classroom: Diverse and inclusive setting.
- Hours per Week: 35 hours.
- Weekly Pay: $23 - $25 per hour.
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401(k) plan.
- Contract Duration: ASAP through 5/24/24, with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
