What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Administrator position at Bill Dodge Auto Group?
The Bill Dodge Auto Group is in search of an experienced Payroll Administrator. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent, verifiable, payroll experience, is detail-oriented, have excellent time management skills, and is proficient in Excel.
The pay range is up to $62,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
- Processes weekly payroll for all employees and runs all payroll reports weekly, including time card management
- Manages PTO accruals and calculation of PTO rates for flat-rate employees. Tracks and accounts for any PTO administered outside of the PTO policy
- Maintains Employee A/R accounts and payroll deduction
- Benefit Administration including insurance, uniforms, etc.
- Processes all new hire paperwork, transfers, pay changes, and terminations on a weekly basis
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required. Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Experience using payroll software or a HRIS as an administrator is required. ADP Workforce Now, strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, make sound decisions, and be open to process changes and improvements
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to support all employees with payroll and benefit concerns
**This is not a remote position**
