Responsibilities:
- Oversee and managing the daily operations of the service center.
- Meeting sales and profitability objectives through effective management of both team and resources, appropriate pricing and expense management.
- Ensuring the safety and compliance of the Service Center for both employees and customers.
- Provide training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel
- Encourage technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through technical training on new systems and components offered by manufacturers
- Stay current on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures and serve as a liaison with the factory representatives.
- Maintain high CSI rating by handling customer complaints immediately and according to dealership policy.
- Check on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contact the customer regarding changes to estimate or time table for repairs.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in and Automotive Industry
- A proven track record in building and developing high performing teams
- Computer proficient, both with CDK and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be a dedicated, energetic, team player who wants to join our ever-growing network of dealerships
- Valid Driver’s License w/ acceptable driving record
